PRACTICALITIES
The chalet in Vaujany is spit over 3 floors, with the master bedroom at the top hosting a roll top bath, allowing you to admire an alpine view whilst topping up with hot water. On the same level there is a bunk room. The middle floor houses the lounge and kitchen area, opening on to an outside terrace, front garden, with access to an acre of meadowland, all grounds exclusive to the chalet. The bottom floor has a double bedroom, shower room and garage.
Getting there
By car- Vaujany is 995 km/560 miles - 8.5 hours drive from Calais. All but the last 50 km/35 miles is on motorway.
By Air - The closest airport to Vaujany is at Grenoble, about an hour away from the chalet. Easyjet tends to fly in the winter, so keep up to speed when they put the flights up 3 months before you travel. Alternatively, you can fly to Lyon throughout the year, which is about an hour and a half drive. Or, fly to Geneva, which is about a 2 hour drive.

Car hire is available from all of the main airports and train stations.
